Repair and Test Facilities

Puget Sound Hydraulics offers a full service repair facility in our 4000 foot square shop we can rebuild your Pullmaster, Braden, Rotzler, Bloom, and Kinematics hydraulic winches. Tear down your hydraulic cylinder, hone the barrel, rechrome the cylinder rod, reseal and test to your hydraulic system pressure. We offer complete pipe and tube manufacturing whether it is welded or flared. Complete inventory of parts to rebuild your Auburn or Fairfield planetary gearboxes. Along with many years of Heco gearbox experience give us a call for all your gearbox needs.

Custom cylinder manufacturing along with machine shop capabilities to repair damaged parts.

Along with our repair facility we have a 60 hp hydraulic test bench capable of pumping 60 Gpm. Separate streams allow us to test the smallest hydraulic motor to motors requiring 60 Gpm. We can supply you with portable flushing units from 3 Gpm to 180 Gpm we will set units up for you to operate or we will supply you with one of our trained techs to help with your flushing job.
